Finding the culprits of stress, then finding relief
Mental Health
Relationships can add depth and joy to your life. But a toxic relationship can bring on symptoms of depression, insecurities, and add undo stress, to an already stressful life.
Ensuring you have positive people in your life can help alleviate some of these debilitating feelings. Having people who feed your soul, offer you love, and provide you unconditional support is an important step in finding balance against the mean people out there. Take a look at who you spend your time with and who fit into the naughty or nice category. Your goal is to spend more time with the people who lift you up.

Air fresheners help our homes and office spaces smell good. But this is just a ruse, many of the air fresheners are made with synthetic chemicals that can pass the blood brain barrier creating havoc on our health and place stress on our immune system, making it even harder to stay well. Even some of the brands that state they are made with real essential oils still include artificial scent or fragrance.
A better choice is the use of pure essential oils (EO) used in a diffuser. You can ensure the quality by purchasing your EO from a reputably company. There are many out there- Doterra, Mountain Rose, Young Living, or Floracopia. Another easy and inexpensive practice is to place some dried herbs into a warm crock-pot of spring water. Oregano cleans the air, lemon peels freshen the air, while cinnamon and vanilla can bring a comforting scent.
Diet
Take a look at what you are putting into your body. In this busy times we often have trouble finding time to prepare meals at home. But did you know that packaged, frozen, and fast food require extra chemicals to help keep them shelf stable and to help them to taste good. These packaged foods have added synthetic chemicals that can wreak havoc on your body. This havoc translates into stress. Oh, and in addition, because nutrient rich foods can go bad quicker, many of packaged foods have been stripped of their healthy nutrients. So, a packaged product isn’t the same quality as a meal made from real whole food.
The answer is easy, eat real food. Where to find these real foods? Shop the outside isle of the grocery store or even better, shop at your local farmer’s market and/or co-op. These are the best places to find real foods from the earth not a factory and most of this produce is local.
