Grounding

Connecting with Mother Earth is a great way to decrease stress and anxiety, while at the same time increasing your health. We, as humans, have an innate connection with the rhythm of the earth and as we live our busy lives inside buildings and cars we become further and further away from this natural rhythm and our bodies can get out of sync. This disconnect can lead to fatigue, illness, and disease.

Grounding is a great way for us to reconnect with nature and find a better balance in our life. And best of all, grounding is a cinch to do. All you need to do is take off your shoes and go outside barefoot in the grass, on the dirt, or in the sand. As you stand barefoot, feel how the energy of the earth centers you and gives you energy.
