Your thoughts have a powerful effect on your health. Researchers have found that our beliefs can change us at a cellular level. In fact, positive affirmations can effect change in your body, your mind, and your soul. By saying positive words of affirmation in your conscious mind, you can program your subconscious mind to believe and become what you want. You must believe in your statements and feel it. Your subconscious mind learns through your senses. You want to see your self, feel it, even smell it. State your affirmation to yourself at least 10 times in a row. Here are some examples of powerful statements:
I am a good friend
I am a good communicator
I can create change
I am lovable
I am a giving person
I have strength to get through this
I have the ability to be joyful
