Here are some great dessert recipes you can feel good about eating while also feeling like you are indulging:

Raspberry-Coconut Balls

1 ¼ C Unsweetened shredded coconut

¼ C Coconut butter

2 T Maple syrup

1 t Ground vanilla beans

1/3 C Carob or organic chocolate chips

1 C (8oz.) Raspberries

Mix all the ingredients except the chips in a blender until smooth, stir in the chips, then spoon out the yummy goodness into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

 

No Cook Fudge

½ C Cocoa powder

½ C Maple syrup

½ C Walnuts

1 t Vanilla

½ C Coconut oil

Blend together the maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil, once blended, stir in the cocoa powder and the walnuts. Spread the chocolate decadence onto a plastic line plate and freeze until solid.

 

Chocolate Mousse

 1 Can of coconut milk (Only the solid portion)

1 Ripe Avocado

1 t Vanilla

1 t Coconut oil

½ C Chocolate chips

¼ C Maple syrup

¼ C Cocoa powder

Blend the avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, using only the solid portion of the coconut milk, whip until fluffy. Fold the two mixtures together. Ready to enjoy!

Chocolate Chai Milk

1 C Chocolate almond milk

1 T Cocoa

1 Chai tea bag

1 t Cinnamon

½ t Cardamom

¼ t Cayenne pepper (optional)

Mix the milk, cocoa in a pot. Heat the ingredients until hot, add the chai tea bag and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag
